The University of Vermont (UVM) Nephrology Department recently hosted a social gathering at Dr. Solomon’s beautiful lakeside home in Vermont to welcome Dr. Ken Hallows, the new Chief of Nephrology at UVM. Members of Northern Nephrology & Hypertension (NNH) were honored to be invited, including Dr. Craig Hurwitz, who completed both his medical and nephrology training at UVM. The event provided an excellent opportunity for professional networking, reconnecting with colleagues, and discussing the future of nephrology across Vermont and Northern New York.
