It was founded in 2002 and our primary focus is the care of patients with all forms of kidney disease and difficult to control hypertension. We work closely with other kidney specialists in the region as well as the University of Vermont and Albany Medical Center. Our main office is in Plattsburgh, NY but Dr. Hurwitz travels regionally to Malone, Elizabethtown, Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake to see patients.
